Roof Repair Smedway handles Roof Replacement projects across Ely from full tear-off through final inspection, with a written scope you approve before anything is torn down.
We walk Ely homeowners through material options, tear-off scope, and timeline before a single shingle comes off, so there are no surprises mid-project.
We also help Ely homeowners plan for material delivery timing so a Roof Replacement doesn't sit half-finished waiting on backordered shingles.
Every Roof Replacement crew lead's credentials are verified before your project is scheduled.
Local Ely crews mean project start dates aren't pushed out by weeks like out-of-area contractors.
Material and labor costs are broken out separately in every Roof Replacement estimate.
We match material choice to Ely's climate exposure, not just the lowest bid.
Most Ely Roof Replacement projects combine two or three of these elements, not just one in isolation.
We never install new shingles over compromised decking — it gets fixed first, every time.
Ice and water barrier gets installed at eaves and valleys per current code requirements.
We offer a range of shingle grades so Ely homeowners can match budget to durability.
For Ely homeowners considering a longer-lifespan option, we install standing seam and panel metal systems too.
Poor attic ventilation shortens the life of a new roof, so we assess and upgrade it as part of most Roof Replacement jobs.
All old shingles, underlayment, and debris are hauled away as part of the Roof Replacement scope, not left for you to deal with.
A Roof Replacement project involves more coordination than a repair call, so we keep communication clear at every stage.
A crew lead inspects your Ely roof in person and measures the full scope of work.
Material options and pricing tiers are laid out clearly so you can decide with full information.
